A business game for project management in the area of “fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)”
Project.Pryaniki is an interactive, compact simulation – similar to Project.Master, but adapted for the special needs of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Your group develops a new recipe for pryaniki (Russian spice cookies) and prepares a packaging and marketing concept for the target market. Some of the key issues are drawing up detailed agreements, time pressure, and risk assessment. At the end of the seminar the participants have worked through the entire project life cycle and can savor their success with tasty pryaniki.
