I am Stephan Haensch – coach, trainer and developer with over 20 years of experience guiding people, teams and organizations – in Germany and worldwide. Coming from process and organizational development, I combine analytical thinking with insights from personality diagnostics and transactional analysis. As a business simulation developer and ultra-runner, I bring together structure, mindset and endurance – in thinking, in learning and in life.
