Company – The Business Simulation for Entrepreneurial Thinking
Running a company – from strategy to balance sheet. In "Company", teams make operational and strategic decisions as the management of a manufacturing business.
Making Entrepreneurial Thinking Tangible
In "Company", participants manage a fictitious manufacturing company – from investment to the annual balance sheet. Every decision in marketing, HR, R&D or production directly impacts profit, balance sheet and cash flow.
This makes visible how entrepreneurial thinking works – and how management decisions shape the entire company. The simulation translates complex business processes into tangible decisions: on the game board, financial and information flows become visible, annual statements become experiential, and business relationships become comprehensible.
The simulation can be individually adjusted in its complexity and extended to topics such as Business Planning or Business Model Canvas.
Interactive. Comprehensible. Hands-on.
What Participants Take Away
The Company simulation fosters connected thinking and makes business relationships tangible – for all levels and functions.
Business Leadership Experience
For a major private bank, HBS Berlin developed a six-year program that prepares emerging leaders with the Company simulation for entrepreneurial responsibility – with measurable success.
