The international projects of HBS Berlin lead directly to these intersections. Whether in Europe, Asia, or Africa – everywhere the goal is the same: sustainable development through competence.
Together with partners such as GIZ, the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Leipzig and Potsdam, the German Eastern Business Association, and the Council of Europe, we have implemented training and consulting projects that deliver real impact.
In Moldova, we supported over 30 companies in building their human resource development departments – with the goal of creating structures that permanently embed learning.
In Serbia, we trained quality management auditors who now set standards themselves.
With Haensch Quality Development GmbH, we implemented certified management systems in more than 50 companies – practical, accessible, and people-oriented.
In Baku, we went a step further: over several months, we worked on-site on a modular project management course, developed tailored concepts, and conducted a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer program – together with an international team of experts from Finland, Ireland, and Germany.
And in South Africa, we supported the development of a quality management system that connects economic stability with a culture of learning.
What connects all these projects: a deep understanding that quality is not a system – but an attitude. We develop structures that empower people to take responsibility, and companies that grow through learning.
